TCO Work Execution Coordinator

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Communication

 

Maintain clear understanding of work between Operations and Execution Forces

Serve as the primary contact for Execution Forces to maintain clear understanding of work/jobs

Ensure Operations is informed of scheduled work by Execution Forces and communicate special preparations

Ensure priority of work is understood by Execution Forces for planned work and schedule breaker work

Proactively communicate changes in schedule to impacted groups

Communicate with Area Management to ensure prioritization of scheduled work aligns with business needs

Communicate with HSE group about work that could affect environmental requirements and incorporate HSE needs in work scope

Monitor Daily Logbook and communicate with Team Manager / Manufacturing Engineer at beginning of day to determine current maintenance needs

Work with support personnel (Manufacturing Engineers, etc.) to be their resource for scheduling jobs and creating work notifications

 

Initiate and Coordinate Work Activities

 

Utilize site wide process (e.g. SAP, Meridium) to initiate, track, and follow-up on work requests

Create Work Notifications for Execution Forces

Coordinate/Develop Operations Work Plan for smaller jobs not included on major turnarounds

Review work scope with Operations, Execution Forces, Schedulers, and Planners to verify clear understanding

Attend daily and weekly work planning/scheduling meetings

Review work backlog and work with appropriate Execution Forces group to ensure work is completed in a timely and safe manner

 

Programs and Mechanical Integrity Systems

 

Monitor status of mechanical integrity programs and coordinate work notifications as required to support the area’s mechanical integrity programs.  This may include but not limited to:

PSV testing and inspections

Pressure vessel and tank inspections

Mechanical Integrity inspection recommendations

Corrosion (internal & external) monitoring and repair

Safety and environmental instrument calibration and testing

Routine preventative maintenance tasks (e.g. lubrication, vibration, filter changes, etc.).

Turbine over-speed testing and verification

Monitor status of mechanical integrity programs and ensures completion prior to due date

Maintain turnaround work list by identifying work which can only be executed during a plant turnaround and ensure work is documented accordingly

 

Personnel and Process Safety

 

Knowledgeable of the specific job hazards to be able to plan work and communicate those hazards to execution forces

Verifies clear understanding of work scope, carefully reviews the type of work and potential safety or process reliability hazards

Takes appropriate action to initiate proper safety reviews (e.g. temporary job plan, confined space, hot work, etc.) when reviewing the work scope

 

Qualifications

 

Clear and effective written and oral communication

Experience with computer systems

Organized and good time management skills

Demonstrates a sense of ownership of manufacturing process

Customer/Partner Relationship Skills

Experienced Operator with knowledge of plant operations and basic mechanical and instrumentation knowledge
