Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Filters
• Establish strong practice of call preparation, completion of call reports and follow up externally and internally
• Discover market and customer insight thru customer engagement
• Provide voice of customer feedback including product quality, performance and service issues and concerns.
• Manage daily activities and support account manager for forecast update in Sales Force
• Attend sales meeting and WWCAR segment meeting

Chemical Intermediates
• Develop and utilize territory management plan, account plan, opportunity management to maintain or grow sales based on business strategy and account plan.
• Communicate the entire offering and value with buyers in buying process, including product/service features and benefits, prices, and credit terms.
• For Regional Key Account and Distributor, working in conjunction with the Key Account Managers and Distribution Managers to conduct negotiations and coordinate and execute demand.
• Provide on-going sales demand forecast. Monitor sales performance against monthly objective and proactively report forecast shortfalls with countermeasures to address
• Negotiate business to close including price, sales terms and other conditions
• Cold-call identified prospects and make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell

Qualifications

Qualification/Skills
•       BS/BA in business related discipline
• Effective communicate with others (present ideas, facts, and other information clearly)
• Strong interpersonal skills – can work well in a team environment
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent follow-through and detail oriented
• Previous inside sales or customer service experience, preferred
• Experience with SAP or Sales Force is a plus
