Winder Operator

Responsibilities
- 保证Winder 的稳定运行.
- 及时通知备料人员 准备core及其他辅料.
- 设备出现故障时,协作维修对设备进行正确的维护,
- 开线及停线时协助line operator进行trim station, doffing station的相关工作
- 按SOP进行样品的取样及留样工作.
- 及时协助控制室注明rework roll的原因.
- 遵循SQE及BQE的理念，持续提高产品的质量和环境，健康及安全的意识
- 每天对长度计量仪进行校对(早班).
- Winder区域的5S工作.
- 主管交代的其它工作如切卷
Qualifications
- 大专或同等以上学历，机电或自动控制专业优先
- 2-3年产线工作经验。
- 有操作大型机械及PLC(英文版)的操作经历优先.
- 按SOP要求熟练操作Winder设备
- Winder区域的5S工作
- 愿意轮班
- 遵守并执行公司的安全程序
- 具有良好的团队合作精神和较强责任心
