Responsibilities

  1. Perform routine banking and cash management activities, including processing payments, monitoring cash balances, maintaining bank account records, and supporting other treasury-related documentation and activities.
  2. Review and reconcile intercompany transactions, customs documentation, and related invoices to ensure accurate accounting records, support foreign currency payments, and meet compliance requirements.
  3. Prepare and support required statutory and regulatory reporting, including cross-border transaction reporting, statutory filings, and responses to related documentation requests, inspections, and inquiries.
  4. Provide routine support for cost accounting, transfer pricing maintenance, and other assigned Finance activities by updating data and preparing supporting documentation in line with established procedures.
  5. Support internal controls and audit activities by participating in SOX compliance physical inventory counts, external audit document preparation, and follow-up on requested documents and information.
  6. Maintain organized finance records and documentation and perform other routine accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or cash management.
  2. Working knowledge of China foreign exchange regulations, as well as payment and collection processes and related compliance requirements.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and financial systems, particularly Excel and SAP.
  4. Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
