OPO Engineer

Responsibilities

1)Develop and maintain work procedures, operations records and work instructions related to OPO, SDC/Lims/SAP, and the necessary translation SOPs/work instructions; Assist to find out the operator training needs and the related training.
2)All the material consumptions including Lab material, raw material, package material, etc;
3)Ensure all material consumptions are comply with company policy and regulation from customs and other government department.  
4)Develop, maintain, optimize and continuously improve OPO master operation (BOMs and material creating & Routing, material Consumption, Adjustment, cost reduction).
5)Maintain and solve the technical problems of SDC/TPMS data processing; look for the root cause of the problem and try to optimize the transactions/workstreams/training to avoid the failures in the future
6)Responsible for rework management and inventory control
7)Coordinate production physical cycle count, and continuously improve the accuracy.
8)Assist with customer complaints trouble shooting and prevent the recurrence.  
9)Ensure compliance with plant housekeeping; assist the purchase, Supply Chain and Finance teams on the waste material handling by company policy.

Qualifications


•College degree in engineering or equivalent
•Available to the high potential graduates; two or more years of relevant experience is a plus
•Confident communicator in both spoken and written English is prefer. 
•Good interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable working with people from multi-cultural backgrounds
•Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment to delivering work in better expected quality and time. 
•Be self-motivated, pro-active and mature, with outstanding organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills.  In addition, be flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic environment
•Excellent numerical and analytical skills and have an eye for detail. Good analytical skills on data analysis.
