Responsibilities

Summary of Responsibility

Provide electrical, instrumentation, and automation support for PVB production lines and auxiliary equipment. Troubleshoot production-line issues and ensure safe, reliable, and stable plant operation. The production lines include multi-roll systems, tension control, pressure control, temperature control, and speed synchronization.

负责 PVB 生产线及辅助设备的电气、仪表和自动化维护，及时处理产线故障，确保设备安全、稳定运行。生产线涉及多辊系统、张力控制、压力控制、温度控制及速度同步等。

 

Key Accountabilities

  1. Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems for production and auxiliary equipment.

        负责生产及辅助设备的电气、仪表和自动化故障排查与维修。

  1. Maintain and optimize Siemens PLCs, variable-frequency drives, servo systems, encoders, sensors, and related control systems.

       维护和优化西门子 PLC、变频器、伺服系统、编码器、传感器及相关控制系统。

  1. Support the commissioning and improvement of tension, pressure, temperature, speed, and position control systems.

       支持张力、压力、温度、速度和位置控制系统的调试与改进。

  1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance and inspection plans to reduce unplanned downtime.

        制定并执行预防性维护和定期点检计划，减少非计划停机。

  1. Perform root-cause analysis and continuously improve equipment reliability and maintainability.

         开展故障根因分析，持续提升设备可靠性和可维护性。

  1. Participate in equipment installation, modification, commissioning, TPM, and continuous-improvement projects.

        参与设备安装、改造、调试、TPM 及持续改进项目。

  1. Comply with Eastman Environmental, Safety, and Health requirements and maintain safety and environmental equipment in good condition.

      遵守 Eastman 的环境、健康与安全要求，确保安全和环保设备处于良好状态。

  1. Work with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, Engineering, and external suppliers to resolve equipment and production issues.

         与生产、工艺、质量、工程团队及外部供应商合作，解决设备和生产问题。

  1. Support spare-parts selection, inventory management, energy-saving initiatives, and maintenance-cost optimization.

       参与备件选型、库存管理、节能和维修成本优化。

  1. Provide technical guidance to electrical, instrumentation, and utility technicians.

       为电气、仪表和公用工程维修人员提供技术指导。

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, or a related discipline.

         电气工程、自动化、控制工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

  1. Three to Five years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, or automation maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Experience in PVB, film, plastics, chemicals, or continuous-process manufacturing is preferred.

         具有 3-5 年制造业电气、仪表或自动化维护经验；有 PVB、薄膜、塑料、化工或连续生产经验者优先。

  1. Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting, variable-frequency drives, servo systems, and motion control.

        熟悉西门子 PLC 编程、故障诊断、变频器、伺服系统和运动控制。

  1. Working knowledge of encoders, sensors, industrial communication, tension control, pressure control, and temperature control.

        熟悉编码器、传感器、工业通信、张力控制、压力控制和温度控制。

  1. Ability to read and develop electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and PLC ladder logic.

        能够阅读和绘制电气图纸、接线图及 PLC 梯形图。

  1. Strong troubleshooting, ownership, communication, and teamwork skills.

        具备较强的现场问题解决能力、责任心和团队合作精神。

  1. Ability to read technical documents in English and communicate in basic English.

        能够阅读英文技术资料，并具备基本英语沟通能力。
