Eastman Performance Films marketing approach is through two-segmented channels: automotive dealers and independent car window tinting and paint protection installation firms located throughout the territory. Your knowledge and previous experience with automotive aftermarket channel marketing strategies are desirable but other experience in retail, merchandising, franchising customers, along with other industrial and electronics OEMs with similar channel marketing experience can be leveraged for this exciting position.
Roles and Responsiblities
Eastman is looking for an energetic seasoned Sales Representative to join an exciting and rapidly growing team responsible for day-day and longer term territory management, bringing in new customers into the entire sales development and customer management life cycle.

Accountability & Deliverables
- Develop and utilize territory management plan
- Identify and cold-call prospects
- Generating new business by creating and delivering qualified opportunities
- Make follow-up calls to existing customers - cross-sell and up-sell
- Handle a variety of prospect calls, internet leads, and convert them into sales
- Service existing accounts consisting of order follow-ups; complaint handling; resolving credit concerns; sample follow ups; and other account related issues
- Provide Voice of Customer feedback including product quality, performance and service issues and concerns
- Communicate the entire offering and value, including product/service features and benefits, prices, and credit terms
- Provide ongoing sales demand forecasts
- Negotiate business to close including pricing, sales terms and other conditions
- Help provide sales analysis data to external sales team.
- Engage effectively with SFDC and opportunity management process.
Required Education and/or Experience
- BS/BA in business related discipline preferred
- Previous outside sales experience essential
- Experience with CRM and other sales systems and tools
- Experience in the automotive industry highly desirable
- Traits: passion for selling, tenacious, Inquisitive
Further Requirements Specific to This Role
- Home location can be anywhere in the region, more desirable in Seattle or Northern California
- Responsible for Face-Face visits throughout the territory, 50% travel
