Digital Marketing Representative – General, Performance Films

Eastman Performance Films Business is a world leader in the manufacturing and marketing of window and paint protection films, with a portfolio of industry-leading professional and consumer brands and product lines, including LLumar®, Vista® by LLumar, FormulaOne® by LLumar, SunTek®, V-Kool™, Huper Optik™ and Gila®.  

The role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to coordinate its day-to-day digital marketing efforts for the LLumar, SunTek, and Gila brands while also leading marketing automation and email marketing.  We are looking for a curious and creative person who loves to learn and relishes problem-solving.  You’re equally comfortable zoomed out at the strategic level and zoomed in on tactics, and you can easily switch between the two in order to maintain a more complete view.  You can prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, achieve goals, and deliver timely results.  (If you’re an automotive enthusiast, too, that’s a plus.)

In this position, you will report to the Digital Strategy and Marketing Manager, based in St. Louis, MO, and have regular interaction with the Channel Marketing, MarCom, Sales, and Leadership teams in North America, and other Regions, but with emphasis on North America.

•    Coordinates the digital marketing activities for Performance Films’ North America region and serves as a liaison for the digital marketing personnel in the Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regions
•    Leverages agency partners and internal resources to ensure the content our target audiences desire and find valuable is being created, shared, optimized, and monitored for effectiveness
•    Helps ensure an integrated content calendar is maintained, to highlight our product offerings and address each of our target audience segments, driving B2B & B2C awareness, leads, engagement, and retention. Observes industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help evolve and optimize our content strategy
•    Coordinates the writing and design of compelling customer email communications (B2B), in conjunction with creative resources (internal and/or agency); publishes through our email marketing platform; and monitors deliverability and other key performance metrics
•    Optimizes the lead flow process, including intake, scoring, nurture, and lifecycle, as well as the flow of data to and from Salesforce
•    Ensures our marketing technology (martech) is fully optimized and leveraged to enable best in class digital marketing efforts, including automation
•    Collaborates with and leverages best practices from other Eastman business units and IT, with regard to marketing stack capabilities
•    Understands how systems can interconnect to integrate data between platforms, and drives that integration in collaboration with IT
•    Researches and recommends new martech products and systems; collaborates with IT partners in the selection of new martech vendors, and the configuration of both new and existing systems
•    Collaborates with IT/Corporate to ensure compliance of systems and products (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
•    Advises marketing personnel on best use of digital marketing tools and practices, and helps coordinate change management activities when new systems or processes are introduced


Required Education and/or Experience
•    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline from an accredited college or university required. May consider other degrees with significant, directly relevant experience
•    3-5 years marketing and/or communications experience, with emphasis in Digital Marketing
•    Hands-on experience creating and executing successful multi-platform digital marketing/media campaigns
•    Understanding of paid digital media effectiveness
•    Experience with marketing automation and lead generation/nurturing
•    Strong working knowledge of effective email marketing practices, including content creation, publishing, and performance review
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Ability to manage outside agency relationships and to provide clear, concise feedback and guidance
•    Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to be proactive and resourceful, with demonstrated success managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
•    Global content marketing experience is a plus
•    Experience with any or all the following platforms is preferred: Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, social media management platforms such as Social Studio or Sprinklr, and Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics
•    Based in Performance Films HQ in St. Louis, MO
•    Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
