Role Profile


We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead marketing automation and email marketing efforts for the LLumar® and SunTek® brands in the North America, Latin America, and EMEA regions. We are looking for a curious and creative person who loves to learn and relishes problem-solving. You’re equally comfortable zoomed out at the strategic level and zoomed in on tactics, and you can easily switch between the two in order to maintain a more complete view. You can prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, achieve goals, and deliver timely results. (If you’re an automotive enthusiast, too, that’s a plus.) 

In this position, you will report to the Digital Strategy and Marketing Manager, based in St. Louis, MO, and have regular interaction with the Channel Marketing, MarCom, Sales, and Leadership teams in North America and other Regions. 

This is a remote work opportunity. 



  • Optimize the B2B lead flow process – including intake, scoring, nurture, and lifecycle – as well as the flow of data to and from Salesforce
  • Drive the design of new B2C/B2B2C lead flow capabilities, as well as efforts to capture and leverage more first-party data among B2B/B2C audiences, to deliver more relevant content and experiences to these audiences
  • Maintain an integrated email content calendar to highlight our product offerings and address each of our target audience segments, driving awareness, engagement, and retention
  • Observe industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help evolve and optimize our content strategy
  • Work with creative resources (internal and/or agency) to coordinate the writing and design of compelling email communications, publish through our email marketing platform, and monitor deliverability and other key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Ensure our marketing technology (martech) is fully optimized and leveraged to enable best in class digital marketing efforts, including automation
  • Understand how systems can interconnect to integrate data between platforms, and drive that integration in collaboration with IT



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline from an accredited college or university required. May consider other degrees with significant, directly relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years marketing and/or communications experience, with emphasis in Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and lead generation/nurturing
  • Strong working knowledge of effective email marketing practices, including content creation, publishing, and performance review
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage outside agency relationships and to provide clear, concise feedback and guidance
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be proactive and resourceful, with demonstrated success managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
