 Eastman Performance Films, LLC, is seeking an energetic Customer and Marketing Operations Specialist to perform a variety of administrative functions supporting the North American Sales and Marketing organization.

This position reports to the Portfolio and Project Manager, based in St. Louis, MO, and has regular interaction with the Regional Marketing, Sales and HR teams within North America. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Customer and Marketing Operations Specialist will help support the needs of the Marketing and Sales organizations in the following ways:

  • Manage global territory assignment system
  • Manage global product end use system
  • Onboarding new hires on Eastman processes and procedures
  • Assist talent acquisition department with scheduling of interviews
  • Entering and updating project tasks within the TeamWork project management system
  • Assisting with project management
  • Entering purchase order requisitions and setting up project codes for marketing support and services
  • Sales Force.com administrator specifically on Einstein Analytics  

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred: • Knowledge of Sales Force.com • Knowledge of TeamWork  • Solid project management skills with the ability to meet key deadlines • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Travel: • No travel required for this role

Location: • This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri
