  • Deploy strategic capabilities and expertise such as benchmarking, cost to serve, network design, automation etc. to drive for Logistics transformation and optimization at the company.  This will include working as part of a global, cross-functional team to meet the goals of  APAC network optimization initiatives.           
  • Build business cases based on financial impact and technical viability and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Lead strategic and transformational initiatives i.e. integration of Logistics processes for acquired/divested businesses
  • Facilitates close collaboration with IT analysts to effectively resolve issues​
  • Design/Develop/Test– work with the IT and user teams to drive innovations in Logistics, including new systems and processes which meet business objectives utilizing corporate systems and benchmark best practices. 
  • Lead Logistics content in case of Supply Chain End-to-End projects and transformational initiatives.
  • Analyze existing processes for hand-offs, ineffiencies and duplication of effort; recommend and promote system and/or process improvements for suboptimal areas of performance. 
  • Collaborate with other process owners to ensure processes are aligned and meet business process requirements
  • Serve as project lead for improvement projects including Logistics Planning (IBP); Logistics Network Optimizations (NetOp), Shipment Visibiity Initiatives (SVI),  in the region via application of LEAN, DMAIC, and/or Agile methodology as appropriate.
  • Actively participate as subject matter expert and/or provide leadership to adjacent initiatives and improvement projects as defined, i.e. Supply Chain Digitalization; Robotic Process Automation (RPA); Artificial Intelligence (AI); and order fulfillment in a operating environment. 
  • Provide backup for Supply Chain Analysts in both home and globally dispersed Centers of Excellence


Bachelor’s Degree or greater from an accredited college or university in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration.   

-    Minimum 5 years’ Supply Chain / Logistics experience preferably in SAP R3 and/or OMPartners platforms.
-    Demonstrated project leadership via application of LEAN, 6 Sigma or Agile methodologies.  Related project or change management certification is a plus.
-    Experience in Process Automation toolsets is a plus. 
-    Proficiency in Power Bi or other data visualization tools. 

Required Skills:
-    Knowledge of SAP R3
-    Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics Network systems, processes, and methodologies.   
-    Ability to analyze quantitatively to draw insights or enable decisions.
