Responsibilities

Responsibilities
•Support the Market Research Project Team Leader by executing research projects through
   1.Carrying out research based on tried and tested research methodologies
   2.Gaining knowledge on existing fact base and pulling pre-existing studies from the relevant Fact Base
   3.Cleaning and assembling the research data into established templates
   4.Assist with the creation of compelling, insightful final reports
   5.Ensuring results are well documented and stored in the relevant fact base
•Cultivate and maintain a network of secondary and industry resources to expedite knowledge base development
•Develop working knowledge of target markets. Specific industry knowledge is not required but the ability to quickly develop acumen in these spaces is essential.
 

Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in technical studies (engineering or related) or business studies preferred
• Master’s degree in Market Research/Business Administration, or related field of highly desired

Experience/skills:
• Proven hands on secondary research, analyses and reporting (desired)
• Proven ability to conduct detailed searches using a variety of public and private research tools (desired)
• Experience networking across large, matrixed organizations desired
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high quality, accurate results
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple, competing priorities
• Strong organizational skills (desired)
• Enthusiastic and motivated to create growth opportunities with significant long-term growth potential
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Productivity Suite (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint)
• Knowledge of third-party market intelligence service providers such as Euromonitor, Global data, IHSMarkit, Wood Mackenzie, etc. (desired)
