•    Product strategy development and execution across product life-cycle stages through close collaboration with the Marketing team or target market/applications.  This includes all aspects of product from raw material sourcing, quality requirements, application certifications, regulatory requirements and shifts, etc.   Maximize return on product growth and mix on assigned asset base. 
•    Asset strategy development both within our global manufacturing sites and strategic external sourcing to manufacture and deliver products to customers around the world through close collaboration with Technology and Manufacturing Teams, in line with the long term business objectives.  Maximize return on capital investments to grow asset capabilities and/or down-size capabilities based on product life-cycle
•    Define and execute product offer playbooks including pricing and contract strategies to maximize return on assets.  Develop offer elements by market segment for inventory strategies, warehouse and lead time services in collaboration with Supply Chain teams. Continuously monitors the behavior of the offer and influences business decisions using effective analytics, customer-centric recommendations, and product expertise.
•    External competitive benchmarking on products, cost position and strategies for key competitors. Monitors and communicates changing competitive asset activities including supply and demand modeling, market share, and conclusions.
•    Contributes to competitive intelligence efforts involving business, sales, strategy, pricing, manufacturing, and technology; includes gathering, constructing, synthesizing, and analyzing key competitors and products including assets, capacities, utilization, cost base and strategies. Recommend actions to defend and grow market volume and maximize margin.
•    Leads and collaborates with cross-functional groups to produce and procure the product, including manufacturing, quality, supply chain and technology on projects related to asset strategy development, inventory management, product specifications, complaints, and qualification strategies.
•    Champions/supports continuous improvement and capital projects needed to increase capacity, increase yields, improve variable and fixed costs and/or otherwise improve the capability and profitability of our assets
•    Manages asset and product allocation and product sampling throughout all stages of product lifecycle (e.g. stage-gate, supply chain).
•    Facilitates commercialization for new products, end markets, applications, and different geographical locations to ensure successful launch or entry


•    Bachelor’s degree required in business, economics, science, or related fields (MBA preferred)
•    5+ years relevant prior business experience (e.g. sales, marketing, product management, pricing, operations and/or supply chain) preferred
•    Complex project leadership experience and capability
