Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

System Operation
•    Data processing and cleaning to generate useful information
•    Maintain effective working relationships with end users, gaining acceptance to digital platform changes
•    Be accountable for KPIs of digital platforms and collaborate within organization locally and globally
•    Manage internal developers or vendors to achieve cost efficiency and quality control

User Engagement:
•    Work with teams on the creation and enforce proper execution of platform promotion
•    Monitor and analyze user engagement, providing insights and guidance to optimize for user experience
•    Partner with sales, marketing and analytics to uncover user insights

Change Management:
•    Training and mentoring users according to their needs
•    Assistant to make the process standard through training, toolkits or setting contents standard
•    Closely track the digital technology as well as adoption case study from other industries/companies in China market, collect and share best practice with other team members

Key Contacts:
Internal: Sales, marketing, technology, product, IT, supply chain,
External: Platform vendors, marketing agencies
 

Qualifications


Knowledge and Skill Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree or above
•    1-3 years of working experience on sales or marketing projects operation. 
•    Strong digital and data sense with a growth mindset and skillset. Experience in data, insight and application is a plus
•    Fluent English both oral and writing 
•    Good analytic skills, good command on excel and ppt 
•    Detail oriented, high responsibility and self-disciplined 
•    Quick learner and strong self-learning skill
