Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

HR Operations
Continuously streamline the HR daily operation process.
Manage staff’s on-boarding & termination process.
Manage employees’ Labor Contractor renewal.
Manage newly hired employees’ probation appraisal process.
Manage GC employee personal files. 
GC HR Share Folder Management
Learning and Development Management
Training needs collection and update & implement annual Employee Training Program.
Effectively control the whole employee training process, maintain a good training records & statistics / analysis.
Work with Global Learning & Development Team on training data management and problem solving in MyLearningLab
Coordinate other training & development programs held in Greater China
Training logistics support in Greater China.
HRIS Management
Work with Global Team on the process of new employee userid creation, employee termination, status change, etc. in SAP & Employee Central
Manage Isuperleave for China, HK and TW.
Work with Global Team on trouble shooting and problem solving in SAP, Employee Central, MyLearningLab, Isuperleave, etc.
Employee Benefit Administration
Manage Service Award for Greater China Employees
Manage Local staff medical expense claiming.
Work with FESCO on China Employee benefit delivery.
Other HR Support
Provide HR policy consulting to employee inquiries.
Backup to HR payroll

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skill Requirements (To include education and experience)

  1. Bachelor Degree.
  2. At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in HR areas;
  3. Good judgment capability on his/her job functions utilizing good common sense.
  4. Self-motivated to operate independently and also as part of a team.
  5. Familiar with basic applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Words and Excel.
  6. Good English capability both in verbal and writing.
  7. Effective communication, presentation and written skills.
  8. Passionate to learn, open-minded and highly proactive.
