Business Support Specialist

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

A. Overall support to business through report generation and analysis for aspects related to business results, some light market research, distributor data analysis

B. Support WWCAR and IBP business routines making use of SFDC, organizing and participating in meetings.

C. Assist C&I Sales Director in daily functions such as travel, coordinating meetings, managing calendars, expense statements and coordinating C&I sales events.

D. Provide general support to the Asia C&I, Sales and Marketing analysis as needed using Sales Force.com, as well as tracking of Sales Force adoption metrics by the global sales team

E. Support in the creation and development of graphics presentations for C&I meetings and seminars. Participate in them.

D. Responsible for pulling together data reports on customer engagement and call types using internal CRM data base as well as quarterly sales by market segment and customer segment

E. Participate on C&I Regional Team meetings, Plan and Organize Global and Regional Sales Team and Sales Management Meetings.

F. Assist SD and GSD in Communicating globally using Chatter in SFDC and Outlook. 

G. Handle all Administrative duties as needed.

H. Key focal point for planning and coordinating executive visits to the AP region which have a C&I based component within the itinerary

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Job Requirements

1.  Bachelor Degree or above with excellent English verbal and writing skills.

2.  Have 3-5 years work experience preferably in a MNC.   

3.  A good team worker should be open-minded, non-selfish, insightful and outspoken. 

 4. Has strong initiative, a self-starter that wants to do their best.

 5. Good communication skills in speaking and writing is necessary.

 6. The person should be very familiar with basic applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

7.  Language Skills – Excellent English capability both in verbal and writing is necessary.
