Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Warehouse Coordinator/ to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing warehouse activities, utilizing SAP, and ensuring the efficient receipt of raw materials, supply to production, and shipment of finished products. This role focuses on managerial responsibilities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Management:

  • Develop and implement warehouse strategies to optimize the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished products.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

2. SAP System Management:

  • Oversee the utilization of SAP for inventory management, ensuring accurate and real time data entry and reporting.
  • Train and support warehouse staff in the effective use of SAP to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

3. Inventory Control:

  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and address any variances promptly.

4. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Work with US and Reginal Teams (Supply Chain / Logistics, Business, Quality, Packaging, AMS, etc) to support and facilitate implementation or enhancement of the business scenarios to Promote a safe and inclusive work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

5. Logistics and Distribution:

  • Coordinate with suppliers (internal or external) and logistics partners to ensure timely receipt of raw materials and efficient shipment of finished products.
  • Optimize methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.

6. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and attend audits to monitor actions of different programs and certifications such as IATF ISO ( IATF 16949 / ISO 9001/ 14001 ) AEO CTPAT

7. 5S Methodology Implementation:

  • Ensure the proper implementation of the 5S methodology to maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with 5S principles and identify areas for improvement.

8. Risk Identification and Safety:

  • Identify operational risks to prevent safety incidents and ensure compliance with the zero-accident policy.
  • Maintain and attend audits to monitor actions of different programs and certifications such as IATF ISO OAS CTPAT
  • Promote a safety-first culture by leading by example and encouraging safe work practices among all staff.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [3] years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other warehouse management systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Advanced English
