Responsibilities

The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team in Brazil, ensuring accurate execution of HR processes and compliance with company policies and local regulations. This role supports timely, professional delivery of HR services to employees, managers and cross‑functional partners, and helps maintain organized HR records and workflows.

Location: São Paulo | Working model: On-site Mon–Thu, Remote: Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Support benefits administration and monthly requests, including system updates, payment coordination and invoice routing to Finance.
  • Maintain employee enrollment records for health, dental and life insurance; process timely additions, removals and changes.
  • Review and adjust monthly attendance records to ensure payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly hours/work reports to site leadership.
  • Support payroll audits by organizing documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • periodic and exit medical exams per regulatory requirements. Support vacation scheduling processes (employee requests, manager approvals, system entries) and issue related documentation.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Process, post vacancies, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews and provide timely feedback.
  • Prepare and submit documentation to Legal for labor claims and support case follow‑up.
  • Maintain the annual compensation and working‑hours calendar for all sites and communicate updates to employees.
  • Support HR-sponsored events ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
  • Distribute HR communications and coordinate employee surveys.
  • Manage apprenticeship and internship contracts, renewals and compliance deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS/ERP systems and support system updates and reporting.
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions for HR suppliers in SAP; process monthly payments and ensure vendor continuity.

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English
  • knowledge of HR operations, including benefits, payroll support, and employment lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with ability to manage spreadsheets and reports.
  • Experience with HR systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, ADP) is considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and regulatory HR requirements is a plus.
  • Prior experience in HR, internship or administrative roles is desirable.
