The Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing non-digital channel marketing strategies, with a subset of consumer-facing materials, and tactics that drive profitable growth specifically for automotive window tint, paint protection film and architectural window films within the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Indian (EMEA) regions. This role translates the overall business and segment strategies into actionable channel plans, based on data and insights, and is accountable for the quality and timely execution of activities and delivery of results across both direct customers and distributors. Depending on scope of initiatives, the role will work with a team of cross-functional members including but not limited to Segment Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales and Marketing Communications, along with opportunities to engage, propose, and present to senior leadership.

Accountabilities
Execution of non-digital marketing initiatives and projects to drive growth and/or deliver on key objectives in priority business and segment strategies through designated channel(s) for our portfolio of automotive window tint and paint protection films and architectural window films and services in EMEA.
Responsibilities
• Develops non-digital channel marketing/market activation strategies for automotive aftermarket products in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Leader, Americas and EMEA and other key stakeholders (e.g. Segment Marketing, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Sales, etc.)
• Develops and executes market activation plans for automotive window tint, paint protection films and architectural films in close collaboration with Segment Marketing, Digital Marketing and Sales, utilizing segmentation and addressable market maps for where to play and how to win
• Makes recommendations on marketing initiatives from strategies via annual marketing plan (includes resource cost and expected results)
• Provides insight and input to cross functional stakeholders to help inform the multi-year product and service development
• Draws conclusions from multiple sources of intelligence, including in-market visits with channel partners, commercial team members, sales data, customer and consumer research, to triangulate and inform development of scalable marketing and advertising recommendations that support segment strategies
• Networks and becomes an industry expert in assigned markets

Required Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree discipline required. Marketing degree preferred
• MBA degree preferred
• 8+ years prior experience in commercial, marketing or relevant roles
• Prefer experience in the automotive aftermarket with products such as automotive paint correction, detailing or restyling products.
• Strong business, marketing and financial acumen
• Demonstrated performance in matrix organizations, cross-functional team leadership, driving complex projects to completion with tangible results
Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands office. In office Monday thru Thursday, work from home on Friday.
