Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in, Chemistry, Polymer, Plastics, Engineering ,Quality Management or related field. Master’s preferred for senior roles. - Experience: 5+ years in supplier/vendor quality management in China; experience in audits, CAPA, incoming inspection and product release. - Technical and regulatory knowledge: Quality management systems (ISO 9001), supplier audit methodologies; familiarity with industry standards where applicable; packaging, labeling, traceability and shelf‑life handling. - Skills: Root cause analysis, supplier management, negotiation, fluent Mandarin and English, interpersonal influencing, MS Office and QMS/ERP experience, willingness to travel. - Certifications (desirable): CQE, Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, IATF16949 or other relevant quality certifications. |
Travel Requirements

Moderate travel within China (~30% depending on supplier locations and audit schedules); occasional international travel as needed. |
