Customization Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Customization center on-site operation management

• • Supervise on-line operation and process for 2 printing lines and 4 repacking lines (annual output 260,000 rolls, accounting for more than 90% business in China)
  • Manage the material handover in/out customization center
  • Arrange production plan, and make sure the production output adherence to schedule
    Analyze the result and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintenance of customization center equipment
  • 5S management of customization center site
  • Support new project trials.

• Quality Inspection
  • Online inspection of film quality
  • Fill in online inspection records, keep sampling for master cuttings

• Operation team management
  • Lead an operation team with more than 10 operators
  • KPI tracking and management
  • Provide training to new staff on customization center SOP
  • Work with 3PL to resolve operational issues

Qualifications

• 5-year warehouse operation experience (with at least 2 years of operation staff management experience)
• Mechanical maintenance knowledge and experience
• Quality inspection knowledge and experience
• Able to use Microsoft office tools including Excel
• SAP basic knowledge
