China Supply Chain Manager, PF
Responsibilities
Role responsibility
o Manage Supply Chain planning and operations to deliver business results for PF China
o Be the "Enabler" and "Go-to-person" for business ideas, define internal processes and address issues
o Communicate proactively with stakeholders to resolve supply constraints
o Drive continuous improvement projects to improve cost, customer service and inventory management
o Coach and build capability in teams located in Shanghai and Dalian site
o Accelerate the journey on Supply Chain digitization
Project management
o Support Dalian Roadmap initiative
o Integration of Dalian into SOP monthly routines
o Implement IBP-OPR at Dalian site
o Lead continuous improvement projects to improve cost, customer service, inventory management
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant fields.
• 10 years of work experience in managing end to end supply chains in fast paced environment
• People leadership experience.
• Data analysis skills with experience in advanced planning systems
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and influence them to achieve common business goals
• Able to communicate well with multi-functional team across different culture or geography
• Proficient in English and Chinese
