The Position

We are recruiting Production Operators to join our existing manufacturing team, working on a 5-shift rota. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment and contribute to our operational success.

The Role

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

Operating production units to support business targets.
Running and controlling the manufacturing process using state of the art control systems.
Following established safety procedures.
Monitoring the process at all times for deviations.
Troubleshooting.
Housekeeping to a high standard.
Following organisational code of conduct for business and ethics.
Engaging and participating in site-wide safety initiatives.

The Person

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a chemical or similar production environment and be used to operating to high standards of safety and quality.
