The Position

We are recruiting two Production Operators to join our existing manufacturing team, working on a 5-shift rota. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment and contribute to our operational success.

The Role

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

Operating production units to support business targets.
Running and controlling the manufacturing process using state-of-the-art control systems.

Following established safety procedures.
Monitoring the process at all times for deviations.
Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
Adhering to the organizational code of conduct for business and ethics.

The Person

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

Willingness to undertake training as required for the role.

Knowledge of process control systems is advantageous.
Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not a requirement.
