What you will do

Own the execution our business strategy at the customer level by enabling customer success and optimizing volume, revenue, and value-add growth for Eastman. To effectively accomplish this, you prioritize efforts across territory, generate demand through discovery to uncover unmet needs, articulate compelling customer value propositions and develop strategies which align with our business strategies. 

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in a professional B2B environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, science, or related fields. MBA preferred. 
  • Fluent in English, and ideally another European language such as German, Dutch, French or Spanish
  • Experience working in a structured sales environment, with CRM systems and processes (preferably SFDC)
  • Excellent networker and relationship builder
  • Excellent communication skills
