Responsibilities

  • Perform responsibilities related to production safety responsibility system.
  • Responsible for the on-site safety management and safety performance appraisal for contractors in maintenance work and related project processing.
  • Key role of site process safety managing program, focus on maintenance reliability to improve site safety performance.
  • Collect and classify equipment document, including but not limited to relevant regulations, procedures, equipment files, records, conduct the gap analysis, support engineers close the gap.
  • Manage process & technical information related to the equipment to meet the requirements of process safety.
  • Develop turnaround plans, annually maintenance plan and ITPM plan. follow up on implementation and summarize the performance.
  • Collect and sort data from equipment inspection and maintenance records, establishing and perfecting equipment list and maintenance history.
  • Organize failure analysis (RCA)and assist engineers in equipment maintenance.
  • Assist engineers in establishing procedures and training to relevant.
  • Assist project managers and engineers in managing project document and materials.
  • Assist engineers in inventory management of equipment spare parts.
  • Completing other work arranged by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • College degree or above, major in chemical process equipment, machinery, mechatronic.
  • Have more than 3 year of management experience in production equipment.
  • Proficiency in office software such as office, ERP, SAP, CAD.
  • Fluent English is preferred.
  • Familiarity with equipment reliability analysis tools is preferred.
  • Have good management skills and communication skills.
