The Talent Sourcer is passionate about driving a network of talent into Eastman’s active openings and proactive talent pipeline. In this position, you will leverage various data and digital tools to identify sourcing strategies and attract top talent for Eastman.

Role Description

  • Proactively sourcing, screening and submitting qualified talent via ATS, social media, professional communities, associations, referrals, as well as other innovative sourcing methods
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and other internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and to support the recruitment process
  • Advance our employment brand to ensure a first-class introduction to Eastman and initiate a strong candidate experience
  • Engage with both passive and active candidates who align with key qualifications and competencies for our talent needs, and connect them with opportunities within Eastman
  • Leverage market intelligence and industry trends to inform internal stakeholders and to develop talent strategies
  • Research new sourcing tools, best practices, and ideas to help enhance our recruitment strategies
  • Develop and maintain network and database of potential candidates for future consideration, including a pipeline of passive candidates
  • Continually research and evaluate tools and systems to house candidate information and track data and metrics
  • Maintain compliance standards in alignment with OFCCP, EEO, Affirmative Action, as well as all other federal and local guidelines


  • Five plus years of experience in sourcing and recruiting passive candidates required
  • Exceptional consultative skills with the desire to understand the needs of each client, then formulate and execute the strategy to meet those needs
  • Thorough knowledge of recruiting for professional roles; specifically including market intelligence, professional networking, passive candidate outreach, and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and Boolean searching
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • English proficiency required
