Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the Global Talent Acquisition organization.
• Ensure HR processes are coordinated and conducted in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
• Support and maintain relationships with internal/external customers.
• Maintain and process confidential and personal information.
• Coordinate all new hire requirements with Medical, Security, Employee Benefits, EEO, Payroll, Systems, HR Service Center and hiring departments.
• Ensure hiring processes (recruiting, interviewing and site visit processes) are conducted in an accurate and timely manner.
• Organize all recruiting events including company presentations, career fairs, interviews and dinners/receptions.
• Utilize various systems to execute Talent related functions.
• Accurately enter requisitions and track all candidates as appropriate throughout the pre-hiring process.
• Anticipate questions and provide/handle various Talent Acquisitions and HR related information and documents.
• Maintain knowledge of employment policies, practices and procedures and obtain correct answers in absence of Talent Acquisition Representative.

Qualifications

Qualifications Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalency is required Skills and Capabilities:
• Possess a proficient knowledge of: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Effectively communicate with all levels of company management, employee groups and candidates, both written and orally.
• Serve as project leader and/or project member as assigned
• Work without close supervision - Demonstrate initiative and must be proactive
• Handle confidential information without compromising content to others
• Prepare written correspondence and reporting as necessary.
• Meet assignment deadlines
• Comfort with all Talent Acquisition systems (e.g. ATS, background check system, etc.)
• Display accuracy in work
