Responsibilities

Position Overview:
The Logistics Analyst plays a crucial role in coordinating transportation schedules, managing warehouse communication, conducting audits, reviewing materials, handling billing processes, addressing customer complaints, supporting quality standards, and driving automation processes. This includes developing and maintaining dashboards using systems such as Power BI and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in creating automation solutions and data dashboards to streamline our Logistics and supply chain operations.


Responsibilities:
1. Transportation Management:
• Schedule and coordinate transportation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor transportation providers' performance and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Optimize routing and Logistics to minimize costs.
• Create transport documentation and support Carta Porte Creation.


2. Warehouse Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials.
• Conduct audits and reviews of inventory levels and accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouses to resolve any discrepancies or issues.


3. Material Handling:
• Oversee the receipt and inspection of materials.
• Coordinate material storage and retrieval.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Process Good receipts and Good Issues in Plant and 3rd party Warehouse.


4. Billing and Invoicing:
• Manage the billing process, verifying accuracy and completeness of invoices.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and issues with suppliers and service providers.
• Maintain records of invoices and payments.


5. Customer Complaint Resolution:
• Address customer complaints related to Logistics and supply chain services promptly and professionally.
• Investigate the root causes of complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


6. Automation Processes:
• Develop and implement automation solutions such as macros, robots, and custom code to optimize Logistics and supply chain processes.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions.


7. Dashboard Development and Maintenance:
• Create and maintain data dashboards using systems like Power BI and Power Automate to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and streamline decision-making processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and relevance of dashboard data and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for dashboard development.


 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • • Proven experience in Logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • • Quality Knowledge: Familiarity with quality control processes and standards within Logistics and supply chain operations (ISO 9000, 14000, IATF, etc.).
  • • Proficiency in Logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • • Experience in creating macros, robots, custom code, and data dashboards using systems like Power BI and Power Automate.
  • • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) and/or AEO and/or CTPAT would be beneficial.
  • • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
