Responsibilities

The Product Stewardship Customer Inquiries Analyst role is responsible for facilitating customer inquiries, conflict minerals reporting and utilizing the International Material Data System (IMDS).

Responsibilities include training global business partners in the submission and use of the customer inquiry system, responding to internal and external customers and leading the coordination of customer inquiries. The successful candidate for this role will support our global business partners through excellent communication skills (written and oral), project management, organization skills, process improvement and bias for action. 

Responsibilities:
•    Customer Inquiry Support:
o    Log, organize and delegate customer inquiries in centralized database 
o    Identify and coordinate with subject matter experts
o    Directly respond to customer questions
o    Develop standardized customer letters
o    Providing metrics on customer inquiries
o    Organization and archival of responses
o    Assist in annual Conflict Minerals reporting
o    Assist with IMDS
o    Identify process improvement opportunities  

•    PSRA support:
o    Provide support to various Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) functions as needed for regulatory projects
o    Coordinate with PSRA Functions (e.g., Food Drug, Device and Cosmetic; International Chemical Control Laws; REACH regulations; and/or Hazard Communication) and legal teams to ensure appropriate and accurate responses to customer questions.
o    Create and maintain process documentation

Qualifications

•    Minimum Associates of Business Administration, or 2 - 4 years of experience in related field. Bachelors of BA or related field preferred. 
•    Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities
•    Familiarity with SharePoint and PowerBI
•    SAP knowledge preferred
•    Strong communicator both oral and written required
•    Project management skills
•    Experience with Conflict Minerals or similar reporting requirements is desirable.
