Responsibilities
Master Data Governance: Act as a gatekeeper for master data and critical information.
Create, review, and propagate Goods Material Numbers (GMN), with a focus on SAP
and OMP systems. Ensure master data accuracy and integrity. Manage product lifecycle
processes, including product introduction, modifications, and discontinuation.
▪ Support Business Initiatives: Assist in projects like specification changes, product
discontinuations, and manufacturing updates.
▪ Collaborate on New Product Development: Work with commercialization teams to
streamline the introduction of new products.
▪ Allocate Products and Monitor Sales: Manage product allocation and keep an eye on
sales trends.
▪ Address Issues: Proactively identify, address and communicate potential issues,
offering solutions to key stakeholders.
▪ Handle Customer Complaints, Returns, Claims, and Credits: Act as a Supply Chain
Steward for effectively managing all aspects of customer interactions, including
addressing complaints, processing returns, handling claims, and issuing credits. Ensure
timely resolution and customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and
procedures.
▪ Coordinate Training and Resources: Ensure adequate training and resources are
available for backup support and key stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and knowledge sharing.
▪ Drive Process Improvement: Lead or support efforts to improve processes within the
PSR function. Levera your expertise to streamline workflows and enhance operational
effectiveness
Qualifications
▪ 3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain (CSR, Logistics, Planning).
▪ Experience with SAP and OMP systems.
▪ Bachelor's degree is preferred.
▪ Fluency in English.
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
▪ Excellent communication and analytical skills.
▪ Strong customer service mindset.
▪ Be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
