Logistics Performance Coordinator
Responsibilities
The Logistics Performance Coordinator is a strategic position focused on optimizing and coordinating performance across our supply chain operations. This role requires a macro view of current processes in the Latin American Region (LAR) Supply Chain to identify gaps, create and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement improvement actions to close these gaps. The coordinator will leverage big data and predictive analytics to enhance inventory management and drive continuous process improvements, while also managing supply chain projects and supporting audit processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Performance Analysis and Coordination:
• Conduct comprehensive analyses and coordinate logistics and procurement service operations in LAR from a strategic perspective.
• Identify operational gaps and coordinate strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Dashboard Creation and KPI Management:
• Develop and maintain strategic dashboards to track and report on procurement and logistics KPIs.
• Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
3. Big Data and Predictive Analysis – Inventory Management:
• Utilize big data tools and predictive analytics to strategically optimize inventory management.
• Forecast demand and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
4. Process Management and Improvement:
• Manage and control flowcharts and processes for logistics and procurement operations with a strategic focus.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

5. LAR Supply Chain Projects Coordination:
• Oversee and coordinate strategic supply chain projects within the LAR.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
6. Audit Support and Information Control:
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely information.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in logistics and procurement activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics performance coordination, supply chain management, or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in big data and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and managing KPIs.
• Excellent project management and process improvement skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Certifications in management systems such as Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), ISO 9001, Lean Management, APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable. Class A ERP certification is considered a differentiator.
• Fluent in both, Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus, with the ability to effectively communicate in all three languages.
