Inside Sales Representative
Main Responsibilities
Identify and qualify prospects within it´s territory establishing a relationship.
• Document and create opportunities in the sales funnel.
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls, internet leads, and campaign leads. Warm leads to handover to Spec Reps and Account Managers.
• Identify and cold-call prospects
• Develop and utilize territory management plan tomake outbound follow-up contact servicing existing accounts to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.;
• Provide Voice of Customer feedback including product quality, performance and service issues and concerns
• Communicate the entire offering and value, including product/service features and benefits, prices, and credit terms.
• Strategic marketing development for growth
• Work with Sales Representatives and Technical Service Representatives to schedule sales and technical trainnings, address concerns and develop new projects/programs and campaings
• Identify and understand the Performance Films market with Business and Products Manager(s)
• Develop strategies of communication, projects and activities
• Estabilish ways to ensure the effectiveness of planning objectives
• Recommend and indicate product marketing strategies to the communications area(s)
• Contribute to incorporate the Marketing Team with initiatives to enhance Eastman capacity
Requirements
Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university is required. (Science, Finance or Engineering all preferred)
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Previous inside sales or customer service experience, preferred
- Preferred experience with automotive industry, OEMs
• Experience with CRM and other sales systems and tools
• Colaborative and communicative
• Motivated, bias for action and capable to work without direct supervision
• Organized, capable to work with deadlines and attention to detail
