IT Infrastructure Dev - Experienced

o    Analyst will be involved in working support tickets, processing service requests, reviewing/creating documentation
o    Document/Maintain global inventory of voice, video, and A/V assets
o    Work closely with global team with responsibility of all voice and collaboration services
o    Communicate with global telecom carriers


o    [Required] Windows Server Administration
o    [Required] TCP/IP Networking
o    [Preferred] Microsoft Teams (Including Direct Routing)
o    [Preferred] Ribbon Session Border Controllers
o    [Preferred] Call routing, SIP Trunking, Number Tranforms

o    To learn on the job, develop a comprehensive knowledge of voice and conferencing infrastructure
o    Must be capable of working independently as well as part of a team
o    Good analysis and problem solving skills
o    Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio

Desired Certifications: (Not required - listed to provide some guidance if applicants do have related certifications)
o    Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
o    Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert
o    SBC CORE Support Professional Certification

Degree Required: Computer Science or related
Requested experience - 2-3 years of unified communcations or telecom experience
