Responsibilities
HSE Data Entry Assistant
Activities:
Record management
Tasks: primarily keep systems IShare (safety data), work in IShare to transfer investigation data from custom tool (PDii), focus on the incident investigation software, (training will be provided), create the proper things in IShare, environmental reporting, transfering data from one system to another.
Softwares: Comfortable using computers,
Soft skills: team work, collaboration, open to feedback, curious, attention to detail
Nice to have: PowerBI User Experience
Qualifications
Requirements:
•5+ years experience required.
•High school diploma or GED required.
•Additional qualifications preferred eg. Marketing, project management, etc.
•Experience working with executives required.
•Verbal and written English communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
•Expert ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
•Expert ability to keep information organized and confidential.
•Expert ability in event planning, budgeting, etc.
•Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
•Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI
