The HR Rep will ensure a solid process by using Success Factors for the administration of HR  practice, this is an expectation for this role.
This role is the HR representative for Mexico Office, in this role the HR Rep will ensure, coordinate and facilitate Presence Onboarding for new hiring’s, act as advisor for Onboarding efforts and projects with other staff members; Coordinate, administrate and execute all the local regulatory commissions (PF, seniority, training); Lead the authorities visits for compliance; Define with Site Managers and Leaders Training Plans at the beginning of the year. Ensure proper balance between My Learning and on person training; Is the responsible to coordinate with HR Spec the HR training courses administration while ensuring that the local registrations for all the courses is fulfilled by providing the information to HR Contractors for proper registration. As HR Rep will execute with the support of HR Spec hiring, terminations and movements with employees and ensure hard files are properly managed. For retirement that follows an special path the HR Rep will coordinate with HR Manager, HR Spec and Payroll Spec the plan for compliance with all the requirements.
As part of the role will provide to HR Manager information to integrate job offers while ensuring proper level of approvals, including timely communication and approval with and from HR Manager.
This role has the ability to sign letters for general purposes but for any charge to cost center or legal representation document must fill HR Manager approval; HR Manager will ask next level of approval when needed.
Adherence to corporate compliance guidelines is an expectation and an element for performance evaluation, as an important role in compliance will assist and participate in corporate audits to continue learning and expanding her judgment for appropriate decision making.
For community actively participates in ERG´s with corporate, (mosaic, catalyst) and promote enrollment from other EMN members; defines the integration events plan is executed and following each site spirit and culture; Ensure United Way and community efforts are activated within sites.


•    Age: > Indistinct 
•    Languages: Advanced English 
•    Knowledge: robust experience HR process, ERP usage, General HR Services experience and/or in one talent discipline, experience in HR global processes.
•    Systems: Office, Success Factors or any other ERP, Sharepoints, SAP- EC desirable
EXPERIENCE: > 3 years in TA, at least 1 year of experience on the specific HR activities and responsibilities where robust experience in HR global processes is a requirement and sensitive information management
