Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Representative We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Representative who excels in channel marketing, account strategy, email distribution, and Salesforce usage. This role is integral to liaising with B2B clients, mapping out user journeys, and developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Marketo experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement & Account Strategy

o Act as the main liaison for B2B clients, gathering requirements, identifying key drivers, and understanding their unique goals

o Develop strategic account plans that outline marketing objectives, success metrics, and approaches to address client needs

 

- User Journey Mapping

o Analyze customer touchpoints and map user journeys to support multi-channel marketing plans

o Identify and document critical user engagement moments to inform marketing tactics and enhance customer experience

 

- Channel Marketing Execution

o Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid search, etc.)

o Employ best practices and market insights to optimize campaign performance, drive engagement, and strengthen brand presence.

 

- Email Marketing & Lead Generation

o Scope and draft campaign journeys focused on lead generation and nurturing, working closely with other digital marketers on the team

o Use segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to refine targeting and enhance overall program performance

o Work with clients to ensure timely follow up to leads and inquiries, establishing a common service level agreement definition among all businesses

 

- Salesforce Administration & Support

o With a deep understand of your clients, act as a liaison to their Salesforce data, ensuring accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting

o Provide training and support to internal teams on Salesforce functionalities and best practices for cross-functional alignment

 

- Marketing Automation

o Partner with marketing automation specialists and design and writing teams to enhance communications across multiple channels in the automation space, including but not limited to AI

o Ensure seamless integration with Salesforce for lead scoring, campaign tracking, and performance measurement

 

- Scope Work & Map Campaign Hierarchies

o Collaborate with cross-disciplinary and global stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and resource needs

o Organize complex campaigns into structured hierarchies, tracking deliverables and milestones throughout project lifecycles

 

- Thought Partnership for Lead Generation

o Proactively identify new lead generation opportunities and contribute to strategic planning sessions

o Bringing a data-driven mindset, bring insights on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies that could drive growth

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent experience

- At least 2–4 years of B2B experience in digital marketing with a focus on channel marketing, account strategy, analytics and email marketing

- Experience in client management and detailed briefing

- Expertise in Salesforce (campaign management, lead tracking, reporting, inquiry management)

- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo experience is highly desirable).

- Proficient in A/B testing, personalization, HTML, CSS, email marketing best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

- Detail-oriented approach to project scoping, planning, and execution.

- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
