Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the execution and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your primary goal will be to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and optimize conversion rates. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent project management skills, and the ability to analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Create and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and analyze data to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and apply them to enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support campaign execution and performance.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to develop engaging and compelling content for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and advertising standards

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign execution and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, SEM, SEO, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as PPC, SEM and marketing automation software.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-backed decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to digital marketing.
  • Fluency in English is required.
