Responsibilities

Execute Training Program goals by leading regional Factory Direct Training & Certification Courses
Support Technical Services Representatives & Sales with Key Account management 
Support Product Development and Sales by testing internal and competitor films as needed 

This role will increase growth in current accounts and win new business by training accounts to professionally  install Eastman Paint Protection, Automotive, and Architectural Films. This role will serve as a supporting role to Technical Services, Sales, and Product Development as needed. 

Lead Factory Direct Training & Certification Courses
Increase sales with current accounts or converting prospects through industry leading installation training of Eastman Performance Films products
Successfully host training courses as scheduled at regional training centers
Execute classes according to Eastman certification program guidelines, itineraries, and schedules
Involved in creating how-to videos and marketing materials to support sales
Continuous understanding of installation techniques, tools, and best practices

Key Account Support
Supporting role to Technical Services through installation troubleshooting and technical support remotely or on site at accounts.
Support Sales by providing insight on Eastman Performance Films as well as providing installation troubleshooting
Test competitor products and provide feedback on performance to Sales team for use in the field

Technology & Product Development
Provide feedback to Quality, Technology, Product Management and Manufacturing teams on internal film trials and competitors through installation, handling and visual feedback by having a thorough understanding of Eastman and industry quality standards
Train internal employees as needed through installation demonstrations
 

Qualifications

Professional 
Minimum 5 years installation experience 
Ability to discuss film technologies and solutions with technical decision makers at networking events, one/one meetings, or presentations to groups
Ability to speak, write and understand English
Demonstrate the ability to professionally transfer knowledge and skillsets 
Technical
Knowledge of glass and window systems and use film to glass charts for proper application 
Ability to learn and use cutting software and hardware
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
 Able to identify industry trends/patterns.
