Division Business Administrative &  Maintenance Analytics Coordinator

Eastman's Plant Services Division Director is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the Division Administrative &  Maintenance Analytics Coordinator.  The Candidate must show strong attention to detail and possess exceptional communication, prioritization, and organization skills.  The candidate must show initiative and be able to participate and function as a key part of the Division Leadership Team.  The ability to prioritize to fulfill a variety of functions and achieve results in a fast-paced environment is a must.  Strong interpersonal and analytical/ reporting  skills  with the ability to communicate effectively across a very diverse audience, working with people at all levels and across multiple Eastman organizations.  The candidate should have exceptional software application skills. 

The Division Administrative Assistant functions will include but is not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, facilitating the Division Leadership Team Meetings, managing confidential information, building internal and external relationships, coordinating office processes, prioritizing topics for leaders, managing SharePoint Sites, and assisting with data collection/measures/ Power BI reports.

General Responsibilities:

  • Completes a variety of special projects as requested by management.   Maintains a good overall understanding of company processes and procedures.  Performs duties with limited supervision or input.  Displays good judgment and high levels of self-motivation and innovation.  Maintains a high level of computer skills and knowledge, interpersonal skills, and excellent grammatical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Extracts. compiles and interprets data to produce measures for various reports
  • Prepares and distributes variety of memoranda, letters, reports, statistical data, etc. from rough drafts using a variety of computer software applications
  • Perform clerical office work such as document processing and record keeping, receiving, expense reports, and responding to telephone calls and participates in team meetings.
  • Coordinates office processes for efficiency, prioritization and results focus.
  • Ensures that Team Members who raise ideas for improvement or issues receive assistance needed from leaders by facilitating meetings, communication or follow up.
  • Dedicated to continuous improvement approach in all processes. 

 

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent two year’s progressive work experience and Associates degree, or equivalent four years progressive work experience as office coordinator or high-level administrative and/or professional roles.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, error-free work.
  • Effectively communicate both orally and written.
  • Work without close supervision.  Demonstrate initiative and be proactive.
  • Highly skilled in creating/ drafting and interpretting reports, graphs,  and analytics of maintenance processes
  • Demonstrate proficiency / can teach others in Microsoft Office software:
  1. Outlook
  2. Word
  3.  Excel
  4. PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge/ can teach others in the following software:
  1. OneNote
  2. PowerBi
  3. SAP
