Job Description responsibilties vary by specific position and may include responsibilities such as the following:
Administrative support, Production Accounting, Human Resources, Logistics /Expeditor and Coordinator positions will perform a variety of duties such as:
- Prepare electronic and written correspondence and reports
- Update and develop a variety of charts, graphs, and measures
- Prepare month end production closing processes
- Coordinate shipments via truck or railcar
- Coordinate materials handling chemical loading schedule
- Manage Outlook e-mail and calendars
- Schedule and issue Outlook meeting notices
- Prepare and update Powerpoint presentations
- Manage SAP timekeeping for employees
- Learn and update a variety of internal company computer applications
- Inventory and order area supplies
- Manage Purchasing Card use and reporting
- Initiate and manage SAP Purchase Requisitions as needed
- Coordinate personnel changes by updating SAP information, organization charts, crew rosters, phone lists, and other reference documents
- Make business travel arrangements for staff and prepare expense reimbursement requests as needed
- Plan, organize, order food, if needed, for lunch meetings and employee celebrations
- Coordinate revisions and updating to area procedures
- Develop, maintain and update area SharePoint sites
- Office location may be in administrative or manufacturing areas of plant site
Skills needed are:
- Highly proficient computer and software knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Be detail-oriented and possess strong proofreading skills
- Have excellent oral, written, listening, and networking communication skills
- Have excellent follow-through and follow-up skills
- Show initiative (make good use of time and resources)
- Capable of prioritizing work effectively and able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proactive in scheduling, anticipating questions and providing information
- Patient and pleasant with others; service-oriented
- Be a team player
- Be willing to work varied schedules and overtime according to business needs
- Respect and maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive information
Additional Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience or equivilant college degree required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
