The job

The Sales Representative at Performance Films is an experienced person with the mindset of closing strategic new businesses that add value to our portfolio. Further this personality is also retaining & developing business with key customers, so that we grow our wallet share in the biggest German territory West of Germany. This includes proactive visits, developing customer tailored strategies, that help the installer to grow their businesses, but also the Sales Rep acts as am ambassador / coordinator for further internal cross functional discussions. Based on above the Sales Representative can provide insights to his superior occasionally and through TMP routines. 



  • Territory Responsibility for the geographies you are responsible for
  • Side projects to develop your skills
  • Regular E-learnings to develop 
  • First level support for claims, queries of customers and internal questions that have to do with a customer = Sales Representative is the hub / coordination point. 



  • Finished college / apprenticeship 



  • (Optionally) coming from the film industry – having knowledge of paint works or detailing beneficial. 



  • Sales experience in direct markets / Outside Sales B2B, favorably with experience in film industry ,e.g. Vinyl ,Window film or Paint Protection films. 



  • Track record of managing & developing direct accounts & moreover able to form meaningful relationships & to formulate strategies for the geography. Strategic business development within given territory. 



  • German, English. Rest is optional / beneficial.
