The Supply Manager Fibers is responsible for textiles long-term planning, capacity analysis, and inventory optimization. The position requires exemplary analytical, influence and communication skills and the ability to develop and execute complex plans in support of business and manufacturing strategy. The position reports to the Fibers Supply Chain Manager.



  • Prepare global textiles long-term rough-cut capacity, sales, distribution, and inventory planning.  Scope includes two Manufacturing Facilities (USA and Spain) and 6 global warehouses.
  • Lead textiles monthly supply meetings and quarterly excess, expired, obsolete, and aged inventory reviews.
  • Develop and maintain textiles capacity and inventory models.
  • Drive supply chain agility through effective collaboration and coordination of amongst stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Deliver advanced supply chain analytics.
  • Facilitate effective communication between manufacturing, quality, and product management & supply chain and logistics execution organizations to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Coordinate global inventory balancing with regional warehouse inventory planners to effectively respond to unforeseen needs.
  • Coach and train global supply and warehouse inventory planners.



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business, Engineering (Chemical/Industrial) or related field required. 

MBA, APICS or similar Supply Chain certification is a plus. 5+ years of Supply Chain experience and at least 3 + years supply planning experience from a reputed company, operating world class planning and execution processes, supported by an ERP and advanced planning systems.
