Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform troubleshooting work on electrical and instruments equipment
- Carry out emergency repair on electrical and instrument equipment when required.
- Performed scheduled repair for electrical and instrument equipment
- Perform equipment custodian duties for assigned classes of equipment
- Understand thoroughly the equipment and how its function.
- To carry out preventive Maintenance planning (both Maintenance and Operation)
- Ensure spare parts are available when needed.
- Work with other experts on the equipment
- Share and train other technicians on knowledge gained.
- Identify, determine, withdraw and verify the recommended spare parts
- Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting and testing new or existing plant equipment and E&I system if required.
- To carry out any other jobs assigned by Maintenance Supervisor
- Assist in responding to plant emergency
- Assist, support and follow Process Team Supervisor (PTS) instruction for Operations activities when required and available.
- Comply to relevant quality, environment, health and safety management systems requirement established at site.
Qualifications
Qualification & Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution of higher learning certified by Malaysia.
- Preferably hold a Competent AO Chargeman certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia.
- Minimum 2 year working experience in manufacturing environment or related process industry.
- Fluency, both written and verbal, in English and Malay.
