Responsibilities

 

This role leads the implementation of WorkForce from discovery to payroll cutover, and will focus on:

  • Leads discovery meetings, providing a demo of the systems (Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler, Fatigue Risk Management and reporting).  Gathers pertinent details about the site to determine the optimal utilization of WorkForce to meet that site’s needs
  • Working with implementation team, completes business requirements documents outlining all of the setup required to support the site
  • Leads build, iteration review and UAT to sign off.  Writes and maintains test scripts and documentation of testing results, issues logs and related
  • Works with implementation partner and WorkForce to resolve issues with setup, functionality, integration and related
  • Ensures smooth migration from test environment to production, completes UAT and sign off on Prod.  Provides full knowledge transfer to the Site Administrator(s).  Assists with initial training of timekeepers, managers and other key users.
  • Works closely with payroll team to complete parallel payroll testing, implementing fixes as needed to ensure successful payroll cutover.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in Workforce Software implementation and project management.
  • 5+ years of relevant working with HR integrated systems focused on time and attendance; SAP payroll experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and solve problems with IT and HR colleagues, and others across organizational levels.
  • Good communication skill with experience documenting business requirements and processes.
  • Demonstrated change/project management skills; can effectively lead projects by establishing priorities, building and executing project plans, and delivering on commitments.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of system utilization.
