Summary

This is an operations-role position that primarily supports the coordination of maintenance work with internal Eastman and outside contractors for the Technology area. This role serves as interface between operational groups in the buildings to ensure maintenance and upkeep of the property is performed in a safe manner.

Qualifications
- Prefer Eastman Maintenance Coordinator experience
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety.
- Be capable of providing clear and concise verbal and written communications.
- Possess and practice good organizational skills.
- Be a team player.
- Have, or possess the ability to learn, a general knowledge of the division, safety and regulatory requirements for the division, basic computer skills, and become knowledgeable of a variety of software packages including corporate systems, i.e., Microsoft Office products, Intranet, SAP, computer dispatch system, etc.
- Be able to accept and provide constructive feedback.
- Must demonstrate a working knowledge of building services and related equipment.
