North America Tech Service works directly with NA Sales to support Customer Technical needs such as injection molding sampling trials and secondary operations such as Ultrasonic welding, adhesive bonding, hot plate welding, etc. Also important to understand Polymer types that compete with Eastman Specialty Plastics Business.  Can expect to support in face to face technical meetings requiring up to 50% travel or more depending on the market focus.  This position will be supporting the Circular Economy tied to Eastman's Specialty Plastics businesses.



  • Require a BS degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering in Chemical/Mechanical. 
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience, prefer 5 to 10 years. 
  • Prior knowledge of Molding Processes preferred.  
  • Prior knowldege of Extrusion Processes.
  • Knowledge of Engineering Materials used in molded products preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, ideally has prior experience with Sales Force, Microsoft Software products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.  
  • Experience in Discovery.
  • Prior experience in customer engagments.
