As part of the overall manufacturing workforce engagement strategy,  this role develops and implements a workforce strategy for Tennessee Operations through collaboration with leaders, human resources and hiring managers, as well as external partners. The Talent Acquisition  Partner, Manufacturing will be responsible for collecting, identifying, and reporting on the filling of current and future workforce gaps with top diverse talent.  This role is responsible for facilitating hiring in the plant and will partner and collaborate closely with the Manufacturing, Workforce Development Leader in building and operationalizing opportunities from workforce engagement strategy.


In this role, you will:

  •  Work with Workforce Development Leader with overall engagement strategy
  • Participate in the overall workforce engagement strategy
  • Take the lead on operationalizing plans and opportunities that are created from the engagement strategy.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator in coordinating and executing campus and community events.



  • A Bachelor’s degree preferred and five plus years of talent acquisition experience along with the  preferred competencies and skills below:
  • Adaptability – can engage at all levels internally and effective relator and communicator at all levels externally
  • Understanding of the regional workforce
  • Ability to operationalize plans (can drive systematic process for effectively identifying frontline hiring needs and will partner with all TNO MFG divisions to drive consistency)
  • Data literacy and analytical ability to pull data together and tell a story
  • Understanding of the current hiring processes
