Responsibilities

 

The Supply Chain Integration Manager (Circular Economy) leads a corporate effort to execute and oversee a supply chain strategy that drives integration of the Circular Economy platform across multiple systems and processes.

 

The position is responsible for design, configuration and implementation of an efficient and effective Supply Chain infrastructure to support corporate investment and enable grown in Circular Economy while meeting the service requirements of each business.  The Circular Economy SC should be scalable, seamless, responsive, flexible, adaptable and corporately integrated. 

 

The position reports through the Center of Excellence, under direction of the Circular Economy business and strategy teams. As the platform grows, willingness to accommodate working across time zones is a must. 
 

Job Responsibilities:


⦁    Supply Chain Strategic Lead and Circular Economy subject matter expert
⦁    Corp focal point for all businesses to integrate circular or Recycled Energy Credit (REC) content
⦁    Corp focal point for integration of new technologies or sites (Renewal Technology, Mixed Plastics Processing, Methanolysis, new domestic or international sites, etc.)
⦁    Maintain synergy and common processes across the company
⦁    Manage manual processes until automated
⦁    Facilitate close collaboration with IT analysts and adjacent Center of Excellence team members to effectively design, deliver, troubleshoot and resolve issues​ for Circular Economy systems and processes.
⦁    Develop and maintain process flow charts and related documentation for newly designed and integrated processes.​
⦁    Coordinate stakeholder change management and training strategies for related processes​ and coach best application of tools and methodologies.  
⦁    Commercialization steward (provide guidance to ensure consistency in naming conventions, how rCredits are applied, etc.)
⦁    Renew raw material GMN creation and set up of master data for finished goods (ensures rCredit generation and consumption)
⦁    rCredit banks
⦁    Lead businesses to choose specific banks 
⦁    Identify and map rCredit banks for material movements
⦁    Circ Econ SC subject matter expert for multiple teams and workstreams enabling  cohesive and consistent view of SC processes/capabilities
⦁    Process Development for critical SC projects
⦁    Integration of new planning tools and processes (IBP/OMP, etc.)
⦁    New processes (how to manage returns, relabels to get rCredits back to the bank, ensure rCredit banks on BOMs, takebacks, etc.)
⦁    EMN obsolete materials consumed in CRT
⦁    Automation of ISCC Sustainability Declarations
⦁    Identify future automation needs
 

Qualifications

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or greater from an accredited college or university.  

Preferred Degrees: Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Mathematics   

Experience:
⦁    Minimum 5 years’ supply planning/global material flow experience preferably in SAP R3 and/or OMPartners platforms.
⦁    Inventory management or supply planning certification from accredited association (i.e. APICS or ASCM) or willingness to achieve certification within 2 years of selection.
⦁    Demonstrated project leadership via application of LEAN, 6 Sigma or Agile methodologies.  Related project or change management certification (PMP or PROSCI) is a plus.

Required Skills:
⦁    Knowledge of SAP R3
⦁    Advanced knowledge of Supply Planning and Transport Order systems, processes, and methodologies.
