Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled social media community manager with a passion for building our Renew Circular Solutions brand presence on social media and leveraging performance-driven metrics to enhance our brand experience. As the social media community manager, you will leverage mix of strategic skills and creative thinking with a focus on creating high performing content for our B2B audiences. You will oversee the Renew Circular Solutions social media accounts and will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop content and tell circular and SP stories on our channels. You will collaborate with team members to create engaging content, manage posting of all content, monitor online conversations, run paid campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize and grow our channels.

Location for this position is United States (remote) ideally on the east coast

Responsibilities

 

•    Shape and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the business’ overall goals. Including creating channel strategies and content calendars that will serve as the foundation for how we manage and maintain each channel.
•    Identify target audiences, platforms, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
•    Manage and maintain our Renew Circular Solutions social media channels including developing content calendars and scheduling approved posts at a regular cadence. 
•    Manage community engagement by monitoring, responding to and participating in social conversations. Develop playbooks for community engagement. 
•    Run effective paid social campaigns for lead generation, meeting needs of several business segments with varied hard to reach audiences.
•    Partner marketing, marcom, and brand team members to create compelling content for social platforms including developing strong creative briefs and growing deep partnerships with key team members to ensuring creative executions are on brand.
•    Partner with other social media community managers across the company to create a more cohesive story for Renew Circular Solutions– particularly with Eastman corporate channels
•    Sit on the social media governance team to support corporate social initiatives and governance
•    Monitor performance and provide regular reports on social media performance based on KPIs. Provide recommendations and strategies to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
•    Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage best practices, emerging platforms, trends, algorithm shifts, etc.

 

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

 
•    Proven experience in managing both owned and paid social media efforts for large companies. B2B experience is a plus.
•    Extensive knowledge of social media platforms including best practices, trends, platform requirements, and algorithms. 
•    Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions around what is effective in driving business results and meeting KPIs. 
•    Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and adapt based on data.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
•    Ability to apply brand standards to social media campaigns and executions.
•    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•    Entrepreneurial, deadline-driven, self-starter with the ability manage multiple initiatives at once 

Qualifications

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required.


Experience: 


•    Minimum of 3 years of social media experience 
•    Agency experience is a plus.
•    Proficient in Sprout and Adobe Analytics.
