The Retirement Plans Manager is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of retirement programs for all domestic locations with overall responsibility for the retirement readiness of employees. This also includes direct administration of the 401(k) plan. 

How you’ll help us innovate to build a better world

 

  • Manage relationships with strategic partners and vendors.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure plan investments, contracts, and day-to-day issues are effectively managed.
  • Lead retirement planning education and engagement sessions with employees.
  • Design and implement changes to retirement plans to achieve “best in class” retirement outcomes.
  • Communicate and implement industry and plan design changes.
  • Manage the performance of the 401(k) and other retirement programs.
  • Manage both internal and external plan audits.
  • Interpret and apply laws and regulations through partnership with legal counsel.
  • Coordinate all annual filings and ensure compliance with application laws and regulations.
  • Manage roll out of company financial wellness tools and resources to employees.

We would love to hear from people with

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits or relevant area required.
  • Experience with international retirement plans preferred.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Desire to be part of a team-oriented environment.
  • Professional and effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing internal and external relationships.
  • Experience in multi-divisional and multi-location company.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
